Do not reply. What are they expecting you to say is ''Yes'' when they sk ''Are you still there or can you her me?'' to record your voice for fraud. Heard bout this some days ago on the radio.

Received a call from this number, there was utter silence, I called the number back and there was still utter silence, not any sound or background noise at all.
