First call, I picked up and hung up the phone. The guy immediately called back and started spouting some stuff about Constellation Energy, seemingly claiming to represent them. When I mentioned that his caller ID data showed him calling from a number identified otherwise, he wanted to know whether or not I am a Constellation customer. No idea what might have been on his mind, but I'd bet good money it was not legitimate.
