Who is call????? No message no reply!!!!

2/10/15 4:39pm, my voicemail picked up and their call was obviously on hold, I received a 3-minute long message of hold music. annoying.

They want to sell you a  warranty on your car. They also send Mail that's supposed to look like its an extended warranty from the car maker but read the fine print: "not affiliated with dealer or manufacturer".
