Who called from 2403181521

It happened to me too, and LOTS of times, at home phone and mobile phone. No answer, no message. Telemarketer? Prank calls? Whatever it is i got tired and I decided to block it from my house phone simply digiting: * 60 then followed the instructions and digit: # 240-318-1521 # and hang up. That number is blocked. Should work for the majority of phones.
