The most likely answer is they didn't "get" your numbers anywhere. Most of these illegal telemarket scammers use a "robodialer", which simply dials numbers in a sequential order, until someone picks up, and becomes their next potential victim!
I have received 3 calls in the last 3 days from this number. The subject of the calls is Healthcare compensation. I have received many calls in the past regarding this same number. How do we stop this??

Consider buying a call blocking device or phone also. The T-lock Incoming PRO Call Blocker sells for under 60 bucks on Amazon and can block up to 1500 numbers.
