Called my cell phone on Oct.18th 2015 at 4:00 PM and as usual no VM was left. Since this particular phone number is coming from "Aspen Hill, Bethesda, Frederick" area of MD, I suspect it is the F.O.P.'s calling and begging for money again.
Number is now block permanently.

same as everyone else, call then hang up. They use a demon dialer to see if number is live before having an offshore person on the other end to harass you
