No, I just use a local bank (small town with about 10 locations). I disputed the charges with the bank and the funds were deposited this week for the small amount that was missing. The bank uses a 3rd party to check out the issues, and they could not define for me "who or what" this company was.
Same here, but when i call the number, It just goes to voice mail, I left a message but they never got back to me, so im going to call my bank and find out more about them, and request to get my money back, because it seems like a false charge.
