got a phone call from them stating they was with the IRS. said the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me because of when i filed i didn't do it right. Funny part was I didn't file this year since i was on my parents taxes. lol After I told them i didn't file he yelled saying i didn't file then hung up on me.

IRS fake collection scam. Call says Maryland. Call originates from Manila, Philippines.

India and Pakistan have been into this pretty heavily..

Received 2 calls today, April 22,2016. The first one came in about 10:30 AM. I let it go to Voice mail. Message states IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. (no mention of my name). Big warning. Instantly added it to my Block called list on my phone. Idiot tried again about 3PM. Blocked the jerk. If you get one of these phony calls (240-328-3004) put it on your block list.

This is a BIG Time Scam caller.  They call and either leave a message or tell you that they are from the IRS and there is a problem with your taxes.  (either you owe money or they need to verify your information.)

THE IRS WILL NOT CALL YOU...they will send you a letter.

DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THESE CRIMINALS.  CALL the local police department and give them the number  They may even try to tell your "their" "badge number."
