Who called from 2403301805

Called about 10 minutes ago, and is supposedly a scam to raise money for the police.  I doubt very seriously that it's legit.

Called on Aug 2, 2014 at 12:44PM EDT with caller ID of Bethesda MD.  It says "you are currently being recorded...".  Sounded and felt like a scam.

Soliciting call. Beware of SCAMMER.

I don't answer calls that say "Out of Area", but this one didn't even wait for the answering machine - they hung up after the second ring, a sign of illegal predictive dialing. Blocked.
