telling me my personal & confidential information has been lifted off of a legal document & that i need to call them, foreign accent claiming to work for US credit bearue.
Recieved a call from this number this am 4 different times his name was Andrew Wilson, told me if I did not listen I would be in jail today. He also used crude words I will not put in. Bottom line, never take out a payday loan, they sell your info and then these people try to scam you for money. I agree just hang up but ALSO report this number with as much info to the FDC and anyone else you know.
Received a call stating my boyfriend took out a loan and unless I want the legal problems have him call them. They were from India and stated he was officer something and was in the fraud investigations unit. They said he will be thrown in court! I called the Ohio Attorney Generals Office and made a complaint, they said don't answer the phone for them again.
I have recieved multiple calls from these people from multiple numbers with multiple names. Yeah because i believe the deep forgien accent is associated with the name ron collins or andrew wilson LMAO. He gave me a fake reference number and said he was from the financial crime investigation department. Claimin i had multiple violations and check fraudand theft by deception. So I got a little pissy with him demanding i know where this was coming from and of course he could not tell me and that i knew he was fraud which in turn mad him upset. He hung up on me and had the odassidy to call me back telling me he has put a red mark on my affidavit and i will be prosecuted and BEHIND BARS. What a Duche.

Someone is calling my son from that number, saying that he owes a payday loan from 2009, needless to say he does not. I called the number back and of course got a recording saying that the person was unavailable but to leave a message. I left the message that my son does not owe any payday loans of any kind and if they continue to call they will be reported. Oh my son did say that it was a lot of background noise, made it hard to hear.
