I seem to be getting calls from this number every few days! When I try calling back, I get a message saying that, "the number you have reached is not in service...this is a recording"
I was called 10/02/13. They wanted to discuss lowering interest rates on my credit cards. A young woman, possibly Caucasian, answered and I told her I didn't have credit cards. She hung up instantly. I tried to call back and it said the number was no longer in service. Originated in Maryland.
