It sounds like madrat blasted your eardrums out. Look into getting a hearing aid for your damaged ear, and to preserve the hearing in your other ear, don't make any more annoying calls!l YOU are obviously the original piece of 'whatever'!
I recieved a text from a woman claiming to be Linda Aberlard with some story about her deaf son and dead husband! When I recieved an email asking for address/full name/ect I thought it seemed sketchy. So glad I did a little research and found out it was a scam! Apparently got my info from care.com. Please be careful!
