Calls my cell phone and hangs up when voice mail turns on.

Someone is calling me from this number and I am not getting any answer

I get missed calls every week or every few weeks with no voicemail. When I call back I get a fast busy signal. Reverse Phone Directory says the number originates from Frederick, MD

I receive calls on my cell phone a few times a week, but they do not leave a message.  When I do answer it is a recording for Sports Betting.
