This is a number used by an agency associated with Portfolio Recovery. They also call from 240-374-4534 and various others at all times of the day. Never leave a message so I've got Privacy Director doing the blocking and hopefully, this will put an end to it...I feel sorry for whoever they're after because they seem to be relentless!!!
