This number calls and leaves a message for my husband's son. When I try to call them back, I get a recording and cannot reach anyone. How can we help them if we can't get through?

Rec call supposedly from an att debt collector. I don't even have that vompany as cable or phone provider...sounds like an Indian guy speaking
