I do not know who this is either. I have been getting a phone call every evening at the same time from a Scott Thompson at number 240-374-5405. Wish I knew as well as I do not owe any bills other than the ones I know I owe.
I've been getting it on a regular basis, too. Since I don't owe anyone other than the ones I pay each month, I figure if they want to leave a message, they can. If they don't, they will never speak to me.
