WOW! Normally collection agencies are the worst to deal with, but I must say when I called and talk to a Mr. Wallace.....I couldnt believe i was dealing with a bill collector. All though we had major concerns about the debt Mr. Wallace was patient and professional even when saying things we didnt want to hear!!!
