Who called from 2403745410

I received a call from this number today.  When I called I got a Macy Richards, and she asked for a case number.  I told her that the person she was looking for did not reside there and I asked that they stop calling my number.

I received a call from this number today on my cell phone. But I did not answer because I did not recognize the number. I then called that same number back from my work phone and got recording stating to speak with a Macy Ricards then the line was disconnected. I did not hear any type of professional greeting stating what type of company she worked for at the beginning of the call.

I do not know the person who called my number.  They identified themselves as a bill collector.  I do not want this person to contact me again.

I thought I'd call and leave my name and number.  Which is the D.C. chief of police and the 1st district police headquarters phone number.  Heh.
