I just got call from the same people 2403745424 Alexis Roth - for my now EX girlfriend. I think they're just fishing for personal information. Pay them no mind.
Got a call from Alexis Roth or Ross. she is trying to contact a person I am no longer involved with. They are trying to collect a "supposed" debt from NINE years ago, total scam since the statute of limitations on contracts is 7 years. Chumps.
They appear to be one of those scummy debt collectors who buys out of date debts to harass folks into paying… Debts cannot be collected after 7 years of first delinquency… NOT the date some bogus company puts down. FIGHT THIS PEOPLE! We need to end this practice and keep morons without morals from ruining our lives - creating stress/road rage… FCO is F. Creepy Ogres
this call came in as unknown, but they left a voice mail asking me to call back at 240-374-5424 and they left a reference number. i have no idea who they are. obviously a collection agency but for who i dont know... they tend to call often at least 3-4 times daily and the number still shows up unknown... this is the first voice mail i have ever gotten from them in about 3 months.
The calls have come in everyday for my brother. I have no idea who they are, when I called back, they said they were with FCL. If anyone has any idea who they are or who they work for, it would be great. The person I was told to contact is Alexis Ross.
I have received 2 voicemails at work so far asking me to call back to this same number. The lady leaving the message identified herself as "Alexis Roth". The first time she gave absolutely no reason about why she wass calling. The second voicemail said it was a "very serious personal matter", which is still nothing. It seems to me she is just calling fishing for information. As far as I know she didn't know my name until she called my number and heard my name in my voicemail. I obviously have no intention of calling this number back.
