4/1/16 - Received call from 240/374-5431 and no message left. Called # back. No greeting indicating the company name, but that it's from a collection agency. Spoke with Frederick. I informed him call was being recorded on my end. I asked 3x what the name of the company is and he refused to provide me the name. It's SCO (Sayer Collections & Outsourcing). I'm going to reporting them.
