Got a message from an old boss that a Jeff Walker came in to my old work and was asking for me regarding personal business. He ended up calling and leaving me a message saying I owe debt, which I do not. Called the number back but went to message. After reading all of this I know it's a scam. Someone needs to stop this man!
The number is forwarded. It does not display the true callers number. Tracing it back to a real company gets you nowhere.
It is a complete scam. Do not give any information.
I received a call from this number about 30 min. ago. The caller did not identify himself, other than he was looking for my ex-wife. Presumably for debt collection. I told him we had been divorced for over 10 years. He said that the last time we talked I'd told him we were still married. That was a lie. That number has called here at least 3 times now, over the last month, and each time, I've told them the same thing, and to not call here again, since I have no contact with my ex-wife, nor do I know her address or phone number. I told him that if they do not cease and desist calling me, that I would report them. I decided to report them anyway.
No identifier on my caller ID other than the phone number, and Laurel, MD.
