Picked up said hello, heard 3 beepish 'tones' and the call ended. I called back and its a phone bank. Said the call was being xferd to Phil Allen, I suspect this is an east-coast collections agency... isnt 240 MD?

called my ex girlfriend and inquired about my new phone number. I made someone else call to see what's all about and it seems it was a coleection agency in maryland. Spoke with someone called Phill Allen
