I got a call from 240-389-0814 and he was using totally offensive language over the phone

SCAM for free student $$$ from the federal government. They have a trick: the initial caller is so-called "hearing impaired" and an interpreter answers the phone. Total BS...

Caller I.D said from Sandy Spring M.D.
Told the man after saying my name he had wrong number and hung up.

I keep getting calls from someone. I cannot understand what he is saying?

Got this call told me get out my house there was bomb in there.
