The same people who originally called from 800-861-9940 called my business claiming to be Dominion Power and were going to shut off my power called back from 240-389-4839 when I didn't call them back with a prepaid card number from a Food Lion for a specified amount. I told them I know it was a scam after researching and then they got real mad and cussed me out and hung up. I have since reported to the local police in Dominion Power. Apparently this is a very common scam that targets a lot of small business.
