I too received a call from this number twice within the same week. I told them that their little scam of saying they owed me a credit was fraudulant and he tried to give me a bogus number -- 1800familytv. Anyhow, I filed a complaint with the NCL online. I hope this helps.

My son answered the call when it came it. I was not home. The caller was a man and asked for me my name. When my son said I wasn't in, he said he'd call back later. I "googled" the number and found this report. Looks fishy...
