got this call at about 2:45 EST. and refused it. A message was left that started in the middle so I have no idea what was being sold but the voice said "if you do not want to receive these calls press" before I stopped listening and deleted the message. I'm not about to give anyone any kind of response. 240 is a Maryland area code usually indicating a cell phone. I live in MD so I get a lot of these, and I just keep blocking them.
