It's a scam!

Got a text from that number Saying urgent message from boa and I don't have a account with them

I got a text to call this number.

The text came from short code 9706
It also had the header [email protected]/no subject/b of A
Urgent Notification

Confused about it so I doubt it is from Connecticut government or Bank of America so it is spam.

It is phishing. Got a text message claiming they are BofA and saying urgent call 240-391-7589.
BoA confirms it is fraudulent.

Also got the text saying urgent notification.  [email protected]
