I agree, there seems to be a lot of this going on from citys to towns. These guys take your money (however much can be had initially} and run or just do lousy work . I have friends that have been robbed like this, be carefull out there.
This # is connected to Illegal workers offering home improvements in the state of Maryland with out a license to do so, do not be taken advantage of. Do not talk to J&J or Emilio. Do not allow them work on your home and do bad work leaving you without the money to make it right.
