"Adam White" called my job yet again so I called the number back and he kept saying my social number was going to be FROZEN! I have no idea who this nut job is or why. I think it is a scam. I did apply for an online payday loan but never followed through. The rate was too high. These people are crazy and there is nothing they can do. I told them to stop calling. He rambled on and on but I could not understand anything! He finally mumbled something in his language and hung up.
I received two calls on my cell phone today and did not answer because I was at work then they called my work number and was told he was fro the Washington DC States Attorney regarding a pay day loan I took out well over a year ago. He told me that I would be arrested if I did not pay off this debt. He did scare me so much I asked for a payment plan and the agreed. He sent me a document that had the the letter head but it had the Immigration background that is when I knew it was phony. Before I agreed to send it back I asked if I could show it to my attorney and then he hung up.
Please do not believe these people and let me know if there is something I can do to get these people. I am going to give this to my attorney and hope something can be done.
I have been receiving numerous phone calls from these people. They continue to harass me by threatening me to sue me for a friends debt. He said his name was John Parker. I asked them if there was anyone there that spoke English because each time they call me the person had a very strong Middle Eastern accent. I figured it was out of the country. This time I called them back and told them to stop calling and harassing me because I was going to contact my DA. He told me to do so and then started getting vulgar, talking about his body parts and what he'd like to do with me. At this point I knew this phone #/operation is a complete scam. Please....stay away from these people and don't call them back! If anyone has any knowledge on how to file charges on them I am definately interested.
Claims everyone owes him money, but when you ask him to mail it to you he won't. It's all a scam, don't let him get you. He will threaten and say he's taking you to court, he said that to me months ago and nothing has happened.
