I need to call this number from south africa but dont know how.

I got a call in germany. I didn't answer that call, it's expensive to recive calls from another countries. The caller didn't leave a message on my mailbox. So, I don't know who is calling me and why he/she does have my phonenumber..???

Got a call and apparently a voice mail from this number today, Sunday, November 16th, 2014, at 9:25am.

Voice mail is by an automated female voice, saying "Your verification number is 198679" three times.

I'm not calling back to find out what I need to verify with that number...

I got the same automated female voice as "343" also telling me my verification number.  Did not respond.
