Said I was being sued, I laughed and said come and get me from India sh%$stain!

I received a call as well, they even left a message.  How bold.  This is definitely a scam.

Threaten to have me arrested if i did not make payment

Same here called me twice couple of hours ago trying to scare you with police we be around the the corner in half hour to arrest me
