A foreign accent said something about getting a govt grant of $9000 and all i had to do was pay a processing fee of $49.95 for the application but i was guaranteed the 9k. Said i wasnt interested and he kept saying "f*** you" repeatedly until i hug up. Tried calling number back and disconnects automatically.
