Out of no where, this number and another number is calling(3018372446) ... This is a bothersome...The male caller knows the name of the owner of the phone... and he leaves a message that I will call you back and he calls after some days...

This is a debt collector.  I guess there is no point leaving a message as who in reality is going to call them back.

Long Fence caller. It's a lady who keeps calling. If she had a sweet voice I would not have minded.

This is yet another number being used by some fund raising scumbags on behalf of the Maryland Fraternal Order of Police. Not sure if they are legit or not, but they use a semi-interactive robotic system that almost seems human, other than the fact that they are telescum, which means they are sub-human pond scum.
