These guys call themselves SafeDucts.com. This company claims to be a home Air Vent cleaning company. They offer a good price to do all the vents in your home. We made an appointment, and they suggested that we check their website. The site looked legit, though pretty bare.
On the night before the appointment, they called three times and hung up twice. I called the number they had on the web site, but it was no longer in service. I checked the web site and it no longer existed.
I'm not letting the service guy in tomorrow.
Follow up calls (confirming appt. etc.) came from 301-232-0073.
Was called a few days ago, they had all my info and that they had cleaned our ducts last year. They set an appointment for next week but called us yesterday to change it for today. THICK India accent. After the no show, I began hunting on line and found all kinds of scam posts regarding the company. And the phone #s they gave are all out of service at this time.

Did the scammer take a deposit from her? Get a cc or debit card info? Better check to make sure. The phone number you have prob connects to no one. In some parts of the rural US, the scammers do work an area and you might want to all your local police and report this.
