I received a message for me to claim a 1,000 target gift card!

It’s a scam.  If you reply they will ask you for a credit card number or bank account number to pay for shipping and handling and insurance.  They will spend all of the money in the account.   They will never send you a gift card.  If you visit the website in the message it will download spyware and viruses and heaven knows what else.  

Delete the message.  Do not reply to it.  Do not visit the website in the message.

This number 214 472 4175 sent me a text saying

Have to do is go to this web sit http://www.target.com.khhd.biz I don't like liers or people who commite fraud I don't know what to think it makes me mad cause that's mean to say some one won something but not really

I thought it might be a scam since it's been ages since I shopped at Target.  I'm sooo glad I didn't go any further than checking the phone number.
