240-473-1400 is the phone number for Long Fences and Home.  It is for outgoing calls only.  The number for incoming calls is 888-881-4370.

They call continuously and never leave a message.

I keep getting calls from this number (Long Fence) its always one ring and they hang up. I called it back and got a receptionist and I tried to explain to him what was happening and it was like he didn't care and tried to forward my call to someone else, which was useless because it just went back to him.

they call several times a week.
When I returned the call ... receptionist forwarded the call to the party that supposedly called... however, they did not pick up

The caller was very suspicious and very persistant I do not know how he got my unlisted phone number...I will not answer if he calls again...
