yesssss. I just got a call too. I didnt even make any income this year, called me and said: my name, case number, his name and employee ID, then said there was a case against me from IRS they sent me mails and i didnt reply (which i never got one) then said he will ask me questions and i will say yes or no. I hung up on him. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!
