Did another search. This is who the number belongs to:

saw number on phone... no voice mail & they've called like 4 times today so I researched number and I saw this page - glad I ignored them

These guys hit my extension 4 times in 20 minutes. The final call entered voicemail, but all that was recorded was someone hanging up.

Rainking Online --they called and pretended to be researchers, but they are not - just building a contact database by misrepresenting themselves - DON'T ANSWER THEM

I guess its RainkingOnline (Rainking) --some company this guy Bill Kapner owns.  I would suggest not doing business with this company -their tactics are misleading.
