agent name Jamie Stall phoned Mother with a threat of warrant to be issued regarding repossessed vehicle 12 yrs prior. When calling back the number left, went straight to mailbox that stated "this mailbox is full and cannot accept further messages"
Called and said they were a Special Investigator named 'Nicholas Valentine' and that is has to do with a Civil Complaint against a lady who did not live at my residence. When I informed the man that I have lived here over 12+ years and I am SURE no one lives here by that name he proceeded to ask me, "Can I say something?". I said, "Sure?". He then said in a loud voice, "SUCK IT!" and then hung up on me.
Got a call from a man from this number looking for person at this phone number with different first name same last name. Claimed this was regarding litigation manner. Was very insistent and didn't seem to believe me when I told them this person isn't at this number. Had my name and address.
called the house I used to live in with my cousins. Left a message with my cousin saying I was being sued and gave my cousin a case number and said she was a special investigator(name given was Patricia Lynch). Left a phone number to reach her at which was this one. Turns out its an anonymous voicemail box.
Caller claimed to be "Special Investigator Roland Clyde" and advised that there was a civil complaint that had been filed against me, started giving me a court number. He had the wrong name. When I told him, he said "I have two words for you...Suck Me." and then hung up.
