when I answer they hang up

Same thing happens to me.  It's very odd.

call me several times a day, they hang up as soon as I say hello. My caller ID says Maryland. When I call the number back it says: no one is available to take my call, but if I would like to be removed from their list to leave my name and number clearly and it will take 48 hours to be removed. They are not saying who they are! This sounds like they are trying to get my info to continue to harass me.

They have called me about 8-10 times and whoever it is doesn't say a word. I have it now blocked on my phone.
