Scam. Robocaller says the IRS is going to sue you and this is your final notice. They tell you to call (224) 864-3604 then they "repeat" the number but give the (240) 506-5314. The caller doesn't give a name, the name of the person the message is for, or a case file. Not only is this annoying but it is illegal for them to impersonate the IRS. The IRS would contact you initially via the US Postal Service and not over the phone let alone a mobile phone.
We got a call from this number as well claiming that an 18 year old owes 8000 dollars from back taxes when they only had one job. Suspicious? I think yes!
