Got a call from this number... would not have answered it because I did not recognize it but I was about to call someone and I hit a number just as they called.

I am pretty sure the woman was talking about finantial aid and online something or other, but the accent was so thick I could not undersand. When I said "I can't understand a word you're saying', she turned up the volume so I could hear all the others in the call center as well as her, making it even more difficult to understand.

I hung up.

They called again a couple hours later. I did not answer, and no message was left.
