I just recieved the same call and they told me the same thing when u call the number and give tge code they pressure u to spend 200$ of some sort of registration card to send the money to because its a large amount... I asked how they knew my tax info and he just kept repeating himself about walking to CVS OR WALMART OR WALGREENS to get registration call and im almost certain it was A SCAM...
