they call me almost every day, more than once a day.... you pick up and its silence on the other end for about 10seconds and they disconnect.
i tried calling them back, and they say "they are experiencing a high volume of calls and a representative will call you back when they are available. have a great day!" and disconnect!!!
i dont need them calling me back, nor do i believe that they are experiencing a high volume of calls 24/7.
if anyone has any info i would aprreciate it! i'm sick of them calling. plus, i dont want to end up being charged for any phone calls
