Had received text message from that number at 7AM on Sunday claiming that from my entry last month I had won $1000 free Gift card to Best Buy just go to provided web site and enter winning code "1122"
I don't participate in any contests or drawings for years, so this is totally BS and disturbing to waking me up that early on Sunday.

I guess I am an unwilling member of this same Sunday morning social club.
Have to admit some curiosity as to what would happen if I DID text that number to them--verification of my cell number being active? Authorization to continue the spam text messages?
