Who called from 2405421960

I got a call from this # today, asking me about one of my website/magazines, to update it in some national publication database...

I got the same message a couple days ago. Seemed like an odd number so I googled it, seems a little sketchy.

Got this call as well.

I thought they said something about Focus Media or something, but I could have misheard.

They wanted to update the contact info for the newspaper at which I work.

Received a call from this number today.  The man on the phone was asking to verify some information in regard to one of our magazines.  The connection was really bad.

What is this?
