Asked to speak to my wife. I told him she was unavailable, and that although we had done business with them several years ago, we have asked REPEATEDLY to be removed from their calling list, yet we continue to receive calls from various numbers identified as Feature Films for Families. We are on the national do not call list. Reported to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/

Just received call and they hung up when I answered, but they have called several times in the past few weeks and identified themselves as Feature Films for Families.
They've been calling me, too. I actually answered the phone to see what they were about. I got a man reading a script. I thought it was a live person, because the voice responded to my questions (who are you, what do you want.) But the answers didn't make sense, and the voice repeated what it had just said. I thought it was the operator back tracking on his pitch to keep the conversation on script. After a few attempts to find out what hey wanted, I realized it was a recording. But it has some kind of voice prompt technology that responds when you speak. At one point, the voice told me that it was having trouble hearing me, and to wait while it adjusted the volume. This was just a stall while the computer accessed the next segment of the recording. I was so amazed by the technology, I forgot to be aggrivated by the sales call!
