they claim to be from USAA Payday loans and the usual blah blah , you have a payday loan and have commited fraud on your payday loan, and they threaten jail and arrest warrents , they all have indian accents, they are claiming they are part of the USAA bank , and even had one call me stating he was an officer of the law here in the US lol, i have found this same phone number on different scam site, with a full list of the threats they are doing to people
guy calls claiming to be officer of some offical dept cant give me details such ab emp.id or badge number he sounds indian middle eastern .. for like a month has left mesages saying call today or i will file fraud suit blah blah ...keeps threanting and says he is gona file suit affter leaveing 30 mesages he has not filed any motion to start or opened any case against me i checked the legal ,procedings, open pending. active. and closed suits against me nor has my employer been notified of a requset of garnish checked with legal to make sure from both civil and legal ..so do not allow theese guys to take your money but repport the number if they call you but i KNOW THIS ONE THING THEY DON'T AND HAVE YET TO FIGURE OUT YOU GOT
