The voice is woman voice . Represented herself like officer from IRS. Told me about my violation when I paid taxes. Promised me to help me to correct my payments, but for free. I am working in security service, therefore I strictly pay any taxes. Now I am retired and have little retirement money, therefore continue to work. In this country I paid taxes just 12 years. But anyway I never did violations. This is fraud. If somebody get call from this phone with same propositions, don't believe them.
