I found many listings for this number in many states. Their name is Global Crossing Local Services, Inc. To a person each mention was a complaint either to the various sites that look up numbers or the BBB. They pose as government agents or FBI or whatever trying to get info from you b/c they say you have been awarded a grant. Definitely fraudulent.
